Who we are
AEO-Max is a program of Corvane Advisory, an Atlanta, Georgia-based firm. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Corvane Advisory, and “this site” means aeo-max.com.
What we collect, and why
Messages you send us
If you use the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, your business or website (optional) and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to follow up on your enquiry. The form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form-handling service, which passes your message to our email inbox.
How the site is used
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful. It records things like the pages you view, how you arrived (for example from a search or a link), your device and browser type, your approximate location (country, region or city, worked out from your IP address) and whether you open the contact form or send a message. We never send your name, email address or message text to Google Analytics. Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) to tell visitors apart. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics cookies are switched off by default.
Hosting and security
This site is delivered by Cloudflare. To serve pages and protect the site, Cloudflare processes technical details of each request, such as your IP address and browser information.
Fonts
Pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts. When they load, Google receives your IP address and browser details.
What we don’t do
- We don’t show advertising, and advertising features in Google Analytics are turned off.
- We don’t sell your personal information.
- We share information only with the service providers named above (Google, Cloudflare and Web3Forms) so the site works, and where the law requires it.
Your choices
- Opt out of analytics in this browser: visit aeo-max.com/?notrack=1. The site remembers your choice in this browser. Visit
?notrack=0to turn it back on. - Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends this signal, we treat it as an opt-out and don’t load analytics.
- Browser settings: you can block or delete cookies in your browser, and Google offers a browser add-on that disables Google Analytics on every site.
How long we keep information
We keep your messages and our replies for as long as we need them to follow up with you and to keep reasonable business records. Analytics data is kept for a limited period of up to 14 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example California, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom), you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how we use it. Contact us using the details below and we’ll respond within the time the law requires.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
